Abigail Thien-Ly Do

Abigail joined IRPA in 2021. She holds a B.A. in Creative Writing from Dartmouth College and an M.A. in International Comparative Education from Stanford University. Currently, she is finishing her Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning with Vanderbilt University.

Brice Struthers

Brice joined the University of Maryland in 2019 after working in Washington, DC at the American Council on Education. He earned his B.A in Psychology from James Madison University and M.A in Higher Education Administration from George Mason University.

Chardonnay first joined IRPA in 2013. Chardonnay earned a B.S in Business Administration with an Information Systems concentration from Bowie State University and a M.S. in Management Information Systems from Widener University.

Eowyn Ellison

Manager, Assessment Systems

After earning her B.S. degree from the University of Maryland in 1993, Eowyn started her Maryland career in the Continuous Quality Improvement office, the first of her various roles in data collection and coordination. That office merged with IRPA in 2000.

Jamie Edwards

Senior Research & Assessment Analyst

Jamie has been at Maryland since 1999, first in the Libraries, then joining IRPA in 2016. Jamie earned his B.A. in Psychology from Maryland, MBA and M.S. in Project Management from UMUC, and is currently in Maryland’s Information Studies PhD program.

A lifetime resident of College Park, Pam has been at Maryland since 1989, beginning at the Maryland Fire Rescue Institute. She joined IRPA in 1993, and has taken on multiple responsibilities over the years.
